Orders and Delivery

Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 5-10 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. With this unique business model, we save significantly on storage and transportation costs, allowing us to offer products at lower prices than competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

If you still haven’t received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

Question: I’m missing some items from my order. Why is that?
Answer: As we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may be shipped separately. If items are missing, you will typically receive them within 2-3 days.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We cover the shipping costs for all orders.


Returns and Exchanges

Question: I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Question: I want to return an item. What should I do?
Answer: If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, with tags and labels attached. The product must show no signs of use.

A return must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is responsible for the shipment.

Once we receive your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.

Track & Trace

Question: Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Answer: On this page [LINK TO TRACK YOUR ORDER PAGE], you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.

Question: The Track & Trace code shows no information. Why is that?
Answer: The Track & Trace information becomes available once your package has been processed by the shipping company. Please note there may be a slight delay.
